Located in Foy, Ross on Wye, my private treatment room offers a calm, professional and supportive environment designed to help you focus on your wellbeing. With easy on-site parking and a comfortable, confidential setting, clients can relax knowing they are in safe and professional hands.
Soft tissue therapy has its foundations in sports massage, but builds upon it with a wide range of techniques and a holistic approach. By working with the nervous system, treatment aims to reduce hypersensitivity and ease the body out of a heightened “fight or flight” response triggered by pain. This helps to lower muscular tension, improve comfort and restore more balanced movement patterns.
Soft Tissue Therapy welcomes a wide range of clients through the door so whether you’re looking to ease aches and pains, support recovery, or simply unwind after a stressful week, you’ll receive a treatment tailored to your individual needs in a calm, professional setting.
